Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or items returned after 14 days, are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at support@clickyking.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
